Individual Therapy/Consultation
I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, tailored to the goals, strengths, and interests of each client. I will ask for your feedback along the way as to what approaches you are finding most helpful and least helpful. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Group
This 8-session group provides an opportunity to gain skills for:
- Coping with stress, strong emotions, and pain
- Dealing with unhelpful thoughts
- Communicating and connecting more effectively with others
- Being kind to yourself and others
- Finding contentment in simple things and living in the present

About Me
Originally from New York with Italian-American background, I have been living and practicing in New Zealand for over 8 years. I am very grateful to be raising a family in the relative safety, stability, and incredible beauty of Aotearoa.
